I have found and filtered best text editors for beginners to write and run the code, Let's talk about free and paid text editors.

  1. Visual Studio Code:


It is a Microsoft product which is most famous among web developers. Visual studio code is a compatible and faster-executing code text editor. It has built-in AI technology that highlights the error code and smart completions based on variables and functions.

It has Git commands built-in function that helps to push and pull any file from hosted SCM services. We can install extensions for new languages, themes, debuggers and VS code will ensure that those extensions won't slow your text editor.

VS code used for Docker file, Ruby, Python, Objective-c, Html, Java, Visual basics, CSS, Go, Coffee Script, Ini, Sass, and Perl.

It is an open-source, lightweight, yet powerful, and modern text editor.
Bracket's text editor developed in JavaScript. It contains a live preview option which is not available on other text-editors.

It is an open-source text editor. This text editor is famous among macOS users. If you are bored with light and dark themes.

Atom has a solution for this they created, a Hack able theme that makes you feel like a hacker. It is available for cross-platform editing and it has built-in packages where we can search and install the packages we want. Atom provides smart completion of code which saves our time and boosts the speed of development. It has multiple panels where we can work with more than one code side by side.

Atom editor built with Html, CSS, JavaScript, and Node.js technologies. This editor runs on Electron, a framework used for building cross-platform apps by using web technologies.

Notepad++ is an open-source and easy to use text editor. It has simple UI and supports almost all programming languages. It used by the users who have windows10 below because it run by consuming less CPU power.

This software was develop in Dec 1997, This text editor was available for mac users only, and then it is published for windows users. This text editor written in C++, We can design, code and manage websites. Dreamweaver is an (Integrated Development Environment) tool. We can live preview the changes in the frontend. We can run remote web server FTP, SFTP.

Dreamweaver supports all major programming languages so we no need to add extensions.

    The layout of this editor has split function so we can open as much as files we want to work in one window. And it was developed under consideration of cross platforms and it has powerful API.
